Hey. Sorry about the whole leaving the board to die thing. Due to college, I didn't have enough time/privacy to clean out all the lolicon (note to self: remove lolicon BEFORE you mass upload).

Anyway, I'm just here to say that since I still have access to the booru control panel (and I assume no one else does), I can change the favicon, CSS, and the front page counter images. So, if anyone has any suggestions for what we can to with those, feel free to post in this thread.

In my humble opinion, it looks neat as is.

However, I am aware, that it may not fully represent the booru's purpose.


• Change the favicon to something more representative than that of a site we all know and love!

• The counter images could be changed for something more 'guro-esque'.


I wouldn't personally touch anything else, so as to keep it looking clean ( but with the additional gurobooru touch ).

For the favicon, how about グロボール (gurobooru) in the same style?

For the counter images, I was thinking either guro-related characters (Jissouseki, Nevada-tan, etc.), or the current catgirls mutilated in various ways.

1. Yes, that would be nice, I suppose.

2. I'd choose the latter. Mutilation, decapitation, dismemberment, disembowelment, hanging... etc. It's all good!

On the assumption that imapoohead has gone forever I have applied to the admin team of the Booru project to steal the admin role and get this place back on is feet.

I'm pretty sure that, at this point, no one cares... But I'm going to do it anyway and try to shake some life into the old girl.

So far I haven't had any reply from the Booru admin. Then seem to be ignoring me, which isn't really fair. I'm trying to clean their sites up - you'd think they would jump at the chance to get the Loli we've identified so far off their galleries.

I shall keep trying to get them to hand over admin... when I do I'll make sure to clean up this form too... much spam.

So another day another lack of any sort of response from the Booru.org admin.

I'm getting close to starting a new Booru and letting them host all the images twice. This would be insane, but I am beginning to think they don't care.

I hope they accept your proposal. This booru's been dead for too long.

I don't know this for certain, but if you go to the forums at Booru.org and find my thread (called Vacant Possession in the support forum) and leave a post saying that giving me admin is a good idea... That may help.

So far they're just rude.

Based on the prior FootBooru fiasco, the chances for success are slim.

Are you doing anything for the site in the meantime, like uploading images or tagging existing ones? The site stats and user tag history features seem to be broken so I can't check for myself.
